Our online system is designed for your convenience and allows you to send secure payments to us any time day or night. We will post your payment to the account you specify. The system will track and display ONLY the payments your made through our online portal. If you mailed in payments or made payments over the phone they will not display online. Likewise, the system does not display your outstanding balances, late fees, or other account information. If you have questions about outstanding charges due on your account you may contact our office. You may use our online Payoff Estimator to estimate the amount required to payoff your building early. To make things even easier, you can set up automatic monthly payments by credit card or bank draft by sending us a payment authorization form.
